Faizon Love unleashed extreme violence on that valet in the Columbus airport -- and the surveillance video shows the full brutality of the attack. Airport officials just released this footage which show the actor and comedian talking to parking staffers, then getting so pissed he grabbed the valet by the back of his head and slammed him into a counter. It's not really much of a fight because the much larger Faizon tossed the guy around like a rag doll until the guy's coworkers broke it up and police arrived. He was arrested for assault, arraigned in court Wednesday morning and released on $2,000 bond.
No ruling yet ... but it's close. The NFL Player's Association has said the arbitrator overseeing Ezekiel Elliott's appeal of his 6-game suspension was trying to issue his decision by end of business day on Tuesday -- but so far, nothing yet. The operative word in that sentence is "trying" -- we're told the arbitrator has a lot of material to comb through and wants to be thorough ... he doesn't want to rush out a decision. Meanwhile, Ezekiel appeared in a courtroom in Sherman, Texas where he filed documents in federal court asking for a restraining order against the NFL, barring the league from enforcing punishment stemming from the domestic violence investigation.

Kevin profusely apologized to his pregnant wife, Eniko Parrish, and his kids on Instagram Saturday ... saying he recently made some mistakes he deeply regrets. Sources tell TMZ a woman has allegedly demanded money from Kevin after shooting a video with him in which Kevin and the woman are engaged in "sexually suggestive" conduct. We are told it is NOT a sex tape, but looks like it is a prelude to sex. We're told that at a point in the tape when the action is the heaviest, you cannot actually see Kevin. A rep for Kevin tells us ... "Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt. As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation."
Miller -- who's co-starring with Paul Rudd in the upcoming flick "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" -- was arrested for marijuana possession on June 22 when cops say Ezra was holding a "brown, vegetable material" during a routine traffic stop. So far ... no word from Ezra's camp on the incident.
