Faizon Love says he flew into a rage at a valet because the guy spit and threatened to get violent BEFORE Faizon attacked ... which is why he's NOT apologizing. The actor told us he was ticked off about a $1,000 charge for long-term parking at Columbus airport, but says it was the valet who got lippy first ... threatening to "put hands" on Faizon. He says his breaking point came when he turned his back, and heard the valet clear his throat to spit. The spit is not apparent in the surveillance video, but Faizon insists he did ... it just missed him. Faizon thinks the guy needed to be taught a lesson about talking smack to people. As he puts it ... real life ain't Twitter.
Justin Bieber went to the ER back in May fearing a soccer injury had caused one of his testicles to twist, and that triggered a nasty legal claim between the hospital and a fired employee. Justin made an emergency run to Northwell Health in Long Island New York, and a staffer named Kelly Lombardo found out about it. The hospital claims Lombardo illegally accessed Justin's medical file in one of the computers ... this after hearing rumors Justin had been admitted for an STD. According to the lawsuit, the hospital fired Lombardo for being "an immoral employee" who violated Bieber's privacy rights. Lombardo has just filed a wrongful termination lawsuit, claiming she never accessed Justin's file and simply heard from others he was there for treatment of an STD.

The FS1 star says he's gotten to know Jones through appearances on "Undisputed" -- and tells TMZ Sports news of JJ's positive steroids test crushed him. "He's just like a flawed human, but he's got so much potential. He's such a likable, nice guy." In his parting message to Jones, Skip offered some tough love.

The drive started ok, but went to hell when Teairra asked the driver if she could use his charger for her iPhone. He said no, and she got pissed. The driver claims she began punching him and grabbed the charger. He pulled over, she refused get out and the cops were called. Teairra says she never tried stealing his charger, says she only "tapped him" and he was beyond rude and told her to get out of the car like she was a "f***ing prostitute."
Floyd Mayweather Sr. has his son's back in his beef with Justin Bieber -- saying the pop star unfairly kicked Floyd to the curb just because he found God. As we previously reported, Floyd Jr. is furious with his former friend -- who's been distancing himself after some counseling from his church. Bieber even decided to unfollow Floyd on Instagram as part of a bigger plan to back away from people who don't share the same Christian values. Enter Floyd Sr. ... who says he doesn't really know if the two will ever be able to bury the hatchet. He also said Justin needs to be true to himself -- but just because he's a godly man now doesn't mean Floyd has to change. The message is essentially ...
